​How do I place an order?

  • Visit the Products page.

  • Click on the product you wish to buy.

  • Tap Add to Cart.

  • When you've finished adding items to your cart, tap the Shopping Cart icon.

  • If you need to edit the items in your Cart or Delete next to the item in the Cart.

  • Tap Proceed to checkout and follow the on-screen instructions.

  • Review your order information and tap Place your order to complete your purchase.

  • You'll see an order confirmation screen when your purchase has been completed.

Returns Policy

SHIPPING POLICY

Free Shipping on Orders Over Rs. 1000!**

If your product order meets or exceeds Rs. 1000.00 you’ll receive FREE standard  ground shipping.
For orders below Rs. 1000, the shipping charges are based on the total weight of the order.

  • if Total weight < 500gms  then  Shipping Cost = Rs. 40

  • if Total weight > 500gms and < 1kg then  Shipping Cost = Rs. 55 

  • if Total weight > 1 kg  then  Shipping Cost = Rs. 70

CANCELLATION POLICY

You can cancel the order before you get the Shipping confirmation from us. For cancellation, kindly send us an email at customerservice.ihv@gmail.com. Please attach the Order details and mention the reason of cancellation. If you need to cancel the order after you receive the Shipping confirmation from us then please check the instructions as mentioned below under 'RETURN POLICY'.

 

RETURN POLICY

For return, kindly send us an email at customerservice.ihv@gmail.com. Please attach the Order details and mention the reason of returning the items. Return unopened items within 30 days from the invoice date for a full refund of original purchase price. Please note that we are not liable to issue any refund for opened items.

indianherbalvalley.com is not responsible for return postage; any shipping charges or applied discount codes will NOT be refunded.

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS POLICY

Occasionally items may be damaged during transit, which is unfortunately out of our control. Should this happen, please send us an email at customerservice.ihv@gmail.com for assistance within 7 business days of receiving the order. Do not throw the damaged product or packing slip away! You will be asked to provide photographic proof of damage (or evidence of any missing items). Depending on the circumstances, you may be asked to file a claim with the appropriate shipping courier to receive reimbursement for the damaged items. If you receive the wrong items by mistake, please leave the products unopened and send us an email at customerservice.ihv@gmail.com immediately. For a full refund or exchange of product, customer service must be notified within 7 business days of the package's initial arrival.

The checkout process is secured by HTTPS / TLS encryption and it is safe for our customers to purchase from our website. 
TLS (Transport Layer Security) is the standard security technology for establishing an encrypted link between a web server and a browser. Who are our Shipping partners?

Products delivered across India through our Shipping partners (FedEx, Delhivery, XpressBees, ekart and Ecom Express)

Can I opt for Cash on Delivery (COD) ?

No, we do not provide 'Cash on Delivery' option for now. In future, we might add it as a Payment Option.

How do I track my Shipments?

Once we fulfill your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us. This shipping confirmation mail will contain the tracking number and the URL of the courier company through which your shipment is sent. Click on the URL and put your tracking number on the page to track your shipment.

Please note that we will normally take 1-2 working days to fulfil the order after you place the order.

By creating your own account, you will get a 'My Account' page to track your past orders, address, wallet, like and comment on blogs related to Health, Herbal and Hygiene and add products to your Wishlist.

Why should I create an account?

All products prices are inclusive of GST. GST across different product categories are as follows-

  • Herbal Powders: 5%

  • Herbal Tablets/Capsules: 12%

  • Herbal Cosmetics: 18%

  • Herbal Extract Oil: 12%

  • Herbal Green Tea: 5%

Is GST included in the product prices?

You will have to login to your account to add a product in your Wishlist.
After login, visit the Products page. Click on the product you wish to add to your Wishlist. The Wishlist Button (empty heart symbol) appears beside the Add to Cart button.
If you want to add the product to your Wishlist you need to click it and the empty heart symbol will be filled with red color. This will add the product to your Wishlist page which is present under 'My Account'. 
To remove the product from your Wishlist, you can remove it from the Wishlist page.
